Your content. You keep all rights to the audio and transcripts you create here. You are responsible for having the legal right to record and store that content.

Acceptable use. Do not use the vault to record people without their agreement, to store unlawful material, or to attempt to disrupt the service or its connected providers.

Storage responsibility. Local storage lives in your browser and can be cleared by the browser, the operating system, or by you. Export important work, and enable cloud backup if you need a second copy.

Connected services. Transcription and premium read-back depend on third-party providers that may be unavailable, rate limited, or require configuration. The vault's local recording, playback, editing and export functions continue to work without them.

No warranty. The application is provided as is. Automated transcription is not guaranteed to be accurate and should be reviewed before being relied upon.
